Section 5(1) in Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Employees Service) Regulations, 2015
(1)The power to implement these regulations vests in the Chairperson who is also empowered to issue such administrative instructions as may be necessary to give effect to and carry out the purposes of these regulations or otherwise to secure effective control of the employees and the decision of the Chairperson shall be final and binding on the employees.
