(4)[ (a) Selected candidates shall be appointed as cadets and undergo the entire training in Naval Ships or Establishments.(b)The period of training as cadets at Naval Academy, Cochin shall be six months and thereafter their training as cadet (afloat), Midshipman, Acting Sub-Lieutenant and Sub-Lieutenant shall be regulated as provided in regulation 121(2), (a-ii),(b),(c) and (d)."(5) Cadets, during training at the Naval Academy, Cochin in Indian Naval Ships and Establishments, shall be subject to the Navy Act.] [Substitued by S.R.O. 183, dated 6th June, 1978]
