Section 21(4) in The Orissa Beedi and Cigar Workers (Conditions of Employment) Rules, 1969
(4)The minimum height of the building shall be not less than 3.7 meters and ail the walls and root shelf be of a suitable heat-resisting materials and shall be waterproof. There shall be provision for adequate ventilation. The doors and windows shall be of fly-proof construction.
