Section 21 in The Orissa Pharmacists (Special Examination) Rules, 1962

Candidates, before they enter the examination hall, must leave outside any books notes or papers they may have with them except the admit card allowing them to sit for the examinations which the candidates must bring with them to each examination. When required the candidate will be liable to show their admit cards to the Presiding Officer or to any other officer deputed by him to do the duties on his behalf or to the invigilators. Candidates must provide their own pen holders and pens. No umbrellas, sticks, etc. may be taken to the examination hall.
