Section 152(1)(d) in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994

(d)not less than one-third (including the number of seats reserved for women belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes) of the total number of seats to be filled by direct election to every [Mandal Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Mandal Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] shall be reserved for women and such may be allotted by rotation to different constituencies in a [Mandal Praja Parishad] [Substituted 'Mandal Parishad' by Act No. 41 of 2006, dated 23.9.2006.] in the manner prescribed.
