Section 4(1) in The Global Open University (Nagaland) Act, 2006
(1)The University shall design and run courses and programmes leading to the award of certificates, diplomas, degrees of bachelor, master, doctoral and postdoctoral leaves and other academic distinctions, under the faculties and in the subjects enumerated in the schedule to this Act.
