Section 11(11) in Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Standards of Performance of Distribution Licensees, Period for Giving Supply and Determination of Compensation) Regulations, 2014
11.2The Commission may, by general or special order, exempt the Distribution Licensee from any or all of the standards specified in these Regulations for such period as may be specified in the said Order.
