Section 45(5) in Rajasthan Farmers' Participation in Management of Irrigation System rules, 2002
(5)Proceedings of the Managing Committee's Meeting shall be recorded in the minutes book maintained for the purpose by the person presiding over the meeting. A copy of the minutes shall be sent to the next higher tier of Water Users' Association where it exists and the Competent Authority.
