(2)A candidate even if he has failed in no more than the requirements given in Clause (1) as the case may be he/she shall be allowed to keep term and promoted to next higher class/semester provided that-(i)he/she has secured 45 per cent in aggregate and has passed in sessional work.(ii)he/she fulfills the conditions of sub-regulation (6) of Regulation 9.
