Section 15 in The Bombay Nursing Council (Reorganisation) Order, 1962.
15. Transfer of certain proceedings pending before the existing Council.
- Any proceedings relating to a Nurse, Midwife or Health Visitor, which may be pending immediately before the appointed day before the existing Council, shall, on that day, stand transferred for disposal according to law,-(a)to the Council established for the Bombay area of the State of Gujarat, if the Nurse, Midwife or Health Visitor on that date is ordinarily resident in the State of Gujarat;(b)in any other case, to the Council established for the Bombay area of the State of Maharashtra.
