32. Corporation to buy minerals at prescribed rates.
- The Department may direct all Mineral Concession Holder to sale some proportion of their produce which should not exceed 50 % of their total produce to the corporation at pit head cost.Chapter - VII Procedure For Grant of Quarrying Permit
