39. Quarters for establishment - Office furniture.
- The licencee shall provide suitable quarters, to the satisfaction of the Commissioner, for the Officer-in-Charge and sup- porting staff in proximity to the plant, and shall maintain such quarters properly. He shall also supply such office furniture as may be required for the use of such officers and staff within the plant.
