Section 282(d) in The West Bengal Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(d)at any time when there is fire in the generator, clean or take out the generator at any appointed bus stand or stopping place, or within a distance of less than 1829 centimetres from any other motor vehicle or on any road surface or cause or allow the same to be done by any person;
