16. Duties to be performed by teachers.
(1)The teachers shall maintain continuous and comprehensive evaluation based record for every child, which shall form the basis for award of the completion certificate of elementary education.(2)With the duties referred to in clause (a) to (e) of sub-section (1) of section 24 of the Act, the following works shall be performed by teachers -(a)To participate in training program;(b)To participate in the development of Curriculum, syllabus, textbooks and training modules.Part-7 Curriculum and Completion of Elementary Education
