Section 29 in The Marble Development And Conservation Rules, 2002
29. Precaution against air pollution.
- Air pollution due to dust, exhaust emissions or fumes during prospecting, mining or processing operations for marble and related activities shall be controlled and kept within permissible limits specified under any environmental laws for the time being in force.
