Section 41(1) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(1)The Board may, with the prior approval of the State Government, appoint an officer of the State Government not below the rank of a Additional Labour Commissioner of the Labour Department as Secretary of the Board.
