41. Appointment of Secretary and other officers.
(1)The Board may, with the prior approval of the State Government, appoint an officer of the State Government not below the rank of a Additional Labour Commissioner of the Labour Department as Secretary of the Board.(2)The Board may, with the prior approval of the State Government, appoint as many officers and employees, as it consider necessary, to assist the Board in the efficient discharge of the functions under the Act.
