Section 37(2) in Uttaranchal School Education Act, 2006
(2)For the selection of candidates for appointment as teacher in an institution, there Shall be a Selection Committee consisting of-(i)the President or any member of the Committee of Management nominated by the Committee by resolution in that behalf,-who shall be the Chairman;(ii)the Head of such institution;(iii)three experts nominated by the District Education Officer from persons not belonging to the district in which the institution is situated, out of the panel of names prepared under this section.
