Section 5(b) in Andhra Pradesh Colleges of Education (Regulation of Admissions into B.Ed. Course through Common Entrance Test) Rules, 2006
(b)All the Category-B seats shall be filled by the respective Institutions in the order of merit basis on the rank obtained in Ed.CET/Ed.CET-AC duly following the procedure laid down in Rule 6(iv) hereunder.
