Section 17 in Rajasthan Forest Produce (Establishment & Regulation of Saw Mills) Rules, 1983
17. Protection of action taken under the Rules.
- (i) No suit, prosecution or others legal proceeding shall lie against any officer or authority for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of these rules or order made thereunder.(ii)No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or a Government servant for any damage caused or likely to be cause by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of these rules or order made thereunder.
