Section 17(ii) in Rajasthan Forest Produce (Establishment & Regulation of Saw Mills) Rules, 1983
(ii)No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or a Government servant for any damage caused or likely to be cause by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of these rules or order made thereunder.
