Section 60(1) in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Election Rules, 2003
(1)Any member of the general body of the Distributory Committee may file his nomination in Form-5 for the office of President or member, proposed by one member of the general body of the Distributory Committee to the Returning Officer appointed by the Collector.
