60. Nomination of candidates.
(1)Any member of the general body of the Distributory Committee may file his nomination in Form-5 for the office of President or member, proposed by one member of the general body of the Distributory Committee to the Returning Officer appointed by the Collector.(2)On receipt of nomination form, the nomination form shall be numbered serially, in the order in which it is received and give a receipt in Form-6.
