13. Power of [State Government] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act 38 of 1957.] to prohibit, import, export and transport of excisable article.
- The [State Government] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act 38 of 1957.] may, by notification in the [Official Gazette] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act 38 of 1957.](a)prohibit the import or export of any excisable article into or from The [territories to which this Act extends or any part there of]; [Substituted by Rajasthan Act 38 of 1957.](b)prohibit the transport of any excisable article.
