8. Maintenance of records.
(1)Every licensee shall maintain proper record of the receipt and disposal of timber in Form-IV.(2)The licensee shall produce the record for scrutiny and checking of the timber, whenever it is required by the Licencing Officer or any other officer authorised by him.
