(2)A copy of the balance sheet and profit and loss account to be presented at the annual general meeting under sub-section (2) of Section 76 and a copy of the report of the committee under sub-section (2), of Section 76 shall be affixed on the notice board of the society at least fourteen days before the date fixed for the annual general meeting.
