Section 17(1) in The U.P. Co-Operative Processing Units and Cold Storage Centralised Service Rules, 1981
(1)So long as the regulations referred to in sub-rule (2) of rule 8 are not framed all or any matters referred therein shall be governed by such orders or directions as may be issued by the Authority with the approval of the Registrar.
