Section 65(1) in The M.P. Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1973
(1)Any member other than an ex-officio member of the Court, the Executive Council, the Academic Council or any other University Authority or Committee or Dean of a Faculty may resign by a letter addressed to the Registrar, and the resignation shall take effect as soon as the letter is received by the Registrar.
