                       ORDER

In the instant petition, petitioner has assailed the demand notice dated 08.05.2019 vide Annexure- A. Undisputedly, petitioner has assailed the order dated 20.05.2019 before the Employees' Provident Funds Appellate Tribunal (for short 'the EPFAT') which is pending consideration.

2. Reasons for approaching this Court is that the EPFAT has failed to consider the petitioner's interim prayer. It is for the petitioner to make necessary endeavor to consider the interim prayer. Thus, petitioner has not made out a case so as to 3 interfere with the notice dated 08.05.2019 r/w order dated 20.05.2019 since the matter is seized by the EPFAT.

Accordingly, petition stands disposed off with an observation that EPFAT is hereby directed to consider the interim relief sought by the petitioner within a reasonable period.
