Section 59(1) in The Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University Act, 2003
(1)There shall be constituted as many joint consultative committees as for the purpose of promoting welfare of members of nonteaching staff of the University, affiliated colleges and recognized institutions as may be deemed necessary by the University.
