Section 21(1) in The Gujarat Technological University Act, 2007
(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:-(i)the Vice-Chancellor, who shall be the Chairman of the Committee;(ii)one member of the Board, to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor;(iii)one Director, by rotation, to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor; and(iv)one expert in the field of finance, to be nominated by the Board.
