Section 21 in The Gujarat Technological University Act, 2007
21. Finance Committee.
(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of the following members, namely:-(i)the Vice-Chancellor, who shall be the Chairman of the Committee;(ii)one member of the Board, to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor;(iii)one Director, by rotation, to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor; and(iv)one expert in the field of finance, to be nominated by the Board.(2)The Registrar shall be the Secretary of the Committee.(3)The term of office of the members shall be three years.
