Section 105(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Police Act, 2007
(1)There shall be a Police Welfare Committee, headed by an officer not below the rank of Inspector-General of Police, in the office of the Director-General of Police to assist him in implementing welfare measures for Police Officers and their families.
