Section 18(1) in The U.P. Cold Storage Order, 1972
(1)Notwithstanding any contract to the contrary entered into before or after the commencement of this order, the licensee shall not levy for any period after the commencement of this order, storing charges exceeding the charges specified against each of the agricultural produce in Schedule II.
