Section 49 in The Bidhan Chandra Krishi (Viswavidyalaya) Act, 1974.
49. Transfer of staff. -
(1)All the members of the teaching and nonteaching staff of the Faculty of Agriculture of the Kalyani University shall, with effect from the appointed day, be transferred to the Bidhan Chandra Krishi [Viswavidyalaya] [The word within square brackets substituted for the words 'Viswa Vidyalaya' throughout this Act by W. B. Act 31 of 1981.].(2)With regard to any employee of the Kalyani University other than those mentioned in sub-section (1) the State Government may, if considered necessary and subject to the agreement of the employee concerned, transfer him to the Bidhan Chandra Krishi [Viswavidyalaya] [The word within square brackets substituted for the words 'Viswa Vidyalaya' throughout this Act by W. B. Act 31 of 1981.].
