State of West Bengal - Subsection

Section 49(1) in The Bidhan Chandra Krishi (Viswavidyalaya) Act, 1974.

(1)All the members of the teaching and nonteaching staff of the Faculty of Agriculture of the Kalyani University shall, with effect from the appointed day, be transferred to the Bidhan Chandra Krishi [Viswavidyalaya] [The word within square brackets substituted for the words 'Viswa Vidyalaya' throughout this Act by W. B. Act 31 of 1981.].
