10. Teaching of the University.
(1)All recognized teachings in connection with the diplomas, degrees and certificate of the University shall be conducted, under the control of the General Council, by the teachers of the institutions or colleges or educational centers affiliated to the University in accordance with the syllabi prescribed by regulations.(2)The courses and curricula of, and the authorities responsible for organizing, such teaching shall be such as may be prescribed by regulations.
