Section 10(1) in The West Bengal University of Health Sciences Act, 2002
(1)All recognized teachings in connection with the diplomas, degrees and certificate of the University shall be conducted, under the control of the General Council, by the teachers of the institutions or colleges or educational centers affiliated to the University in accordance with the syllabi prescribed by regulations.
