10. Office and other staff of the Commission.
(1)The Government shall make available to the Commission an officer not below the rank of Secretary to Government having cumulative experience of management of sectorial planning of at least three years who shall be the Secretary of the Commission.(2)The Government shall provide such other administrative and/ or technical staff for the Commission, as it may consider necessary.(3)The salaries, allowances and conditions of service of the officers and other staff of the Commission shall be such as may be prescribed.(4)Officers and staff of the Commission shall be under its administrative control and shall not be transferred from the Commission without consulting it.Chapter-III Powers and functions of the Commission
