Section 5(ii) in Haryana State Central Co-operative Bank's Staff Service (Common Cadre) Rules, 1975
(ii)The service shall be deemed to commence from the working day on which an employee reports for duty in an appointment. If he reports for duty in the afternoon the service shall be deemed to commence from the following working day.
