25. The Librarian. -
(1)The Librarian shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor subject to the approval of the [Executive Council] [Words substituted for the word ] and shall be responsible for all matters concerning the library.(2)The salary, allowances and other conditions of service of the Librarian shall be such as may be prescribed.
