Section 25(1) in The Bidhan Chandra Krishi (Viswavidyalaya) Act, 1974.
(1)The Librarian shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor subject to the approval of the [Executive Council] [Words substituted for the word ] and shall be responsible for all matters concerning the library.
