225. Power of Panchayats to make regulations.
(1)A Panchayat may, subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder and with previous sanction of the State Government, make regulations to carry out the purposes of this Act in so far as it relates to its functions, powers and duties.(2)The regulations made under sub-section (1) shall be subject to the condition of previous publication which shall be made in such manner as may be prescribed.
