Section 36(2)(e) in The U.P. Pravidhik Shiksha (Admission Conduct of Examinations and Conferment of Certificates and Diplomas) Regulations, 1992

(e)An additional late fee of Rs. 100 per day per coursewise irrespective the number of application form(s) shall be payable by the institute in case an institute fails to submit application(s) and fees to the Board on the due date. A maximum number of two weeks will be permissible for this submission and the expiry of this date, application forms will be accepted except if approved by the Examination Committee of the Board.
