Section 35(1) in The Telangana Panchayat Raj (Conduct of Elections) Rules, 2018
(1)Every Ballot paper shall have a counterfoil attached thereto and the said ballot paper and the counterfoil shall be in such form as the State Election Commission may, by order, direct.
