Section 42(b) in Telangana State Electrical Licensing Regulations, 2018
(b)Every contractor shall maintain a register of Supervisors, Wiremen and apprentices employed by him in Form-I which shall be open for inspection by the Secretary or his representatives. No of person, whose name is not entered in such register, shall be considered to be on the Contractor's staff.
