Section 21(i) in Rules for the Issue and Check of Permits for Timber and Other Forest Produce
(i)whether the receipts and issues are properly recorded, and are supported, respectively, by the invoices from the Superintendent, Government Press, or by the acknowledgements of the officers to whom permit were supplied;
