Section 62(2) in The Dock Workers (Safety, Health And Welfare) Regulations, 1990
(2)(a)Conveying machinery shall be so constructed and installed as to avoid hazardous points between moving and stationary parts or objects.(b)When a passage way is adjacent to an open conveyer, a clearance of at least 90 centimetres shall be provided between the inner edge of the walkway and the conveyer.
