(2)No charge shall be made in respect of the following affidavits :-(i)Affidavits made by process-servers deposing as to the manner of the service of a process;(ii)Affidavits made by public officers in virtue of their office.[High Court of Madhya Pradesh Notification No. 3294, dated the 17th March, 1959]
