(3)The comments on the following matters, namely-(a)Moving and fixed dimensions ;(b)Strength of bridges/viaducts ;(c)Brake and communication ;(d)System of working ;(e)Electric traction equipment; and(f)Type of rolling stock, proposed along with list of restrictions, shall be contained in the certificate in Form XVI.
